Kathy Kaluhiokalani

President

Kathy is the president of Andala, overseeing all aspects of the company. Prior to joining Andala, Kathy served in leadership roles at Advantia Health and MedExpress an Optum Company. She was part of the leadership team that built MedExpress from a four-state, 60-location urgent care network to one of the largest urgent care brands in the country, resulting in a sale to Optum. She has a passion for improving access to effective novel treatments for the people who need them most, in a setting that promotes healing and empowerment.

Kathy attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science, and a minor in Legal Policy.

Rob Conley, MD

Rob Conley, MD

SVP, Clinical Operations

Rob Conley is the senior vice president of clinical operations at Andala. He recently retired from Eli Lilly and Co., where he served as the chief science officer for late phase neuroscience. Prior to that he had a long academic career, first at the University of Pittsburgh and then at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He remains an adjunct professor of psychiatry and psychopharmacology at Maryland.

Dr. Conley holds an MD from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a BA from the Johns Hopkins University. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as the chief resident. Rob is also a fellow of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology.

Jackie Lundin

Jackie Lundin

VP, Payor Relations

Jackie Lundin is the Vice President of Payor Relations for Andala. Prior to joining the team, Jackie developed contracting, credentialing, and payor strategy for six start-up organizations in the medical and behavioral health space. In addition, Jackie spent 10 years working for multiple Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. During this time she had responsibility for major accounts as it relates to the claims adjudication process and national network management. Jackie is skilled in implementing long-term partnerships with payors and government partners to improve network access to care while implementing innovative reimbursement tied to improving health outcomes.

Jackie received her MBA from Cleary University and BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Shelby Schweitzer

Shelby Schweitzer

VP, Operations

Shelby Schweitzer is the vice president of operations for Andala. Prior to joining Andala, Shelby served in leadership roles operating and scaling various clinic models. Shelby has over 14 years of experience, including at MedExpress, an Optum Company, and HCA Healthcare. Combining clinical and administrative knowledge, she focuses on productivity, policies and procedures, and quality assurance, as well as on developing, implementing and evaluating strategic initiatives to provide high-quality and cost-effective care. Shelby specializes in operational effectiveness and transformational team leadership.

Shelby attended LaRoche College. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging and a minor in business.

Arif Noorbaksh, MD

Arif Noorbaksh, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Arif Noorbaksh is the Medical Director at Andala. He specializes in interventional psychiatry utilizing treatments outside of conventional psychotropic medications. Dr. Noorbaksh approaches treating psychiatric disorders holistically, taking into account past life experiences, medical comorbidities and treatment history. This also includes a multimodal approach to treatment: traditional pharmaceuticals, neuromodulation, interventional approaches, such as Spravato and ketamine, and a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions.

Dr. Noorbaksh holds an MD from the McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he trained at the Texas Medical Center. He also holds a BS from the University of Texas at Austin in neuroscience. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

Jessica Joffe Stein is the vice president of marketing and communications at Andala. Before joining Andala, Jessica led integrated marketing and brand strategy at DaVita, a FORTUNE® 500 health care company, where she rebranded the enterprise, launched multiple new business initiatives and was accountable for driving and sustaining growth. She started her 12 years at DaVita in reputation management, media relations and internal communications. Prior to DaVita, Jessica worked at Nintendo and with Four Seasons Seattle, Hainan Airlines and His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Seeds of Compassion tour.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. She serves on the board of Beauty Bus, an LA-based nonprofit that aims to support seriously ill people, their caregivers and frontline health care workers through beauty and wellness services.

Director, HR

Starla is the director of human resources at Andala. She brings extensive experience in organizational development and talent management at Amazon and Chewy. In those roles, Starla balanced big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution to affect positive change. Starla combines strong business acumen with expertise in understanding human behavior to advise executive leaders and achieve her own professional and personal objectives. She has a proven record of success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence.

Starla received her Bachelor of Business Science from ASU with a minor in psychology, as well as her SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Andrea Cambre

Andrea Cambre

Director, Patient Services

Andrea Cambre is the director of Patient Services for Andala. Prior to joining Andala, Andrea developed an Occupational Health and Wellness service line and two onsite employee clinics for a two-hospital health system She has served as director of business services, overseeing billing and collection functions for 100+ providers in multiple specialties and locations, and was an administrator for a single-specialty outpatient surgery center.

Andrea received her MBA from William Carey University and BS in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
